We need the help of all parents and guardians to ensure the continued growth and development of our Instrumental Music Program. Volunteer support is crucial to the success of our organization.

Please complete this form by August 7th. This will help us understand your preferred area of involvement in the Circleville Band Boosters (CBB). We will also be contacting members by phone to help secure volunteer commitments for the upcoming school year.

 

We currently need volunteers for:

 

Band Family— The Band Family will provide meal planning and refreshments for scheduled events. Band Family will also help facilitate an end of the year banquet for our band students.

 

Band Preview— Volunteers will be needed to work the gate, concession stands and help coordinate activities involving students and coaches.

 

Concessions— Concessions are an integral part of the fundraising efforts of the CBB. We operate concessions at the Band Preview and all home football games.

 

Uniform Committee— The Uniform Committee is responsible for all of the care, maintenance and activities surrounding all uniforms (Marching and Concert Bands).

 

Pit Crew— The Pit Crew provides support with transportation and on site movement of instruments on competition days and possibly at football games.

 

Other— I would like to participate as a volunteer in the CBB to help support my student. Please contact me to describe any opportunities for involvement not listed above.
